add windows to grub

so today i installed zorin os for fun and in the installation of grub it probably didnt detect my windows installation how can i get back to windows and my windows partition is still there my computer just boots into zorin os with no boot selection can anyone help me

in terminal: sudo update-grub

 

if it doesn't detect it try manually booting into Windows by selecting 'windows boot manager' in the bios. 

 

if that doesn't work you have corrupted something, probably your Windows boot partition.

i will try and if it does detect windows maybe grub missed with windows idk i will try this command

i typed the command and it added found windows 7 also this was on my other laptop with windows 7 and now zorin os and this laptop has an ssd and hdd yeah this laptop has two HDD slots

It added windows boot entry but it bluescreens rip

I fixed it now windows boots up normaly thats good

Use a Windows repair CD. It will remove grub and reinstall Windows boot manager.

Now who would want windows back? can the windows boot manager boot Linux (the non-uefi one and the uefi one?) will it work cross-updates?

i dont think windows boot manager can boot linux

oh, dual boot? op needs to reconfigure grub then.
