I m from India and a Game~Lover.

But I do want a thin and light laptop for Media consumption and looks matters!!!!

I was looking on MSI GS65 but it is slightly over my budget .

Any other Ideas

Unless you're buying from the US, it's pointless to put US as the currency. Go with Rupees, since that's the currency you'll be buying in, and that's what people can search with. Pricing isn't the same in both countries. 2060 over the 1070, and depending on the price I'd just go with the Pocophone. I believe they're quite cheap in India.

Pocofone is about 290$(20000Rupees)

And One plus 6T 550$(40000Ruppees)

And I don't think that doubling the price for just some premium feel is a wise step

Agree on the Razer point, but not Apple. Apple makes great products in general despite what you may think, albeit they're pretty expensive.
