Anyone recommend some decent earbuds for <200USD?

I have recently started getting into some higher end audio equipment. Because of this I am started to grow a hatred for the sound of stock samsung/apple earbuds... I wanna get something I can take to work that does not sound like garbage, but I dunno much about earbud makes/models. 

 

What do you guys suggest I look into? I would prefer not to spend much more than 200$.

The frequency range is actually impressive on these for their price. Do you think these would be better than a iem at 200ish us dollars?

Definitely not.
I don't have much experience with IEMs but, I know that that list is pretty good for figuring out which IEM you want to be buying.
Check out Tin Audio T2 if you want something cheap but good, they're a little dark but are pretty solid.
