If we're going by performance, then anything with more raw power than the GTX 1080 itself, assuming it also has the same feature set. So you're probably looking at a Quadro P5000/P6000/GP100 or a Quardo RTX 5000/6000/8000.

Although Autodesk doesn't tell you which one works better, they do list what they've tested:

They're also pretty clear that consumer cards have been tested to work, but only pro cards are officially supported (which is relevant if you plan to use Autodesk's support for issues).
