Im having an issue

 

So my new workstation  is as follows

 

ryzen 7 2700x

asus prime z370-pro

ram - Corsair vengence 4x 8gb 3000mhz

gpu - Radeon xfx rx 580

cooling - Corsair h115

 

monitor Samsung gaming curved 32cg72

Mouse Logitech g502

 

m.2 samsung 250 - for programs

ss sand disk 250 for my desktop files photos and music and

4 tb for everything else

 

 

when Im running programs and working my mouse because laggy and sometime skips across the screen. I’ve tried researching everywhere and so far nothing. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. The computer seems to run fine.
