Monitor/TV with highest static contrast?

Been out of the loop for the past year. 

 

Which monitor or TV (LCD) right now has the highest static (measured) contrast ratio?

 

I seem to recall that Samsung (or was it BenQ) had a 3,000:1 VA panel a few years ago, but it didn't have the best colors or image quality.
