Can i run this gpu?

I bought this https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=11G-P4-2487-KR and i wanna know if my rmx corsair 650 watt can run it or i need more power? i have led strips and fans and my i7 8700k overclocked to 4.7 ghz

Should work fine. Your PSU is strong enough, it could maybe run an SLI of those GTX 2080Ti.

some might... but i tell you that you have nothing to worry about, as a 8700k on overclock would pull 220 watts at best, together with about 370 for the gpu.

well... that's a little much if we count the thermal limit of a ftw3, 373 watts

I run a 5.0 OC + 2080 Ti (flashed w/ ftw3 bios) on 600 watts. It's been more than fine.

A RM650x? you can run any single GPU mainstream setup you possible want.

2x 8 pins ~ 300W + slot ~75W. But an 2080Ti can't draw that much. Also, the second one in SLI wouldn't be utilized that hard.

And an RMX 650 is 80+ Gold while providing 650W, that means it can provide a lot more, I don't know the actual limit.

That's why I wrote the MAYBE in "it could maybe run SLI".

 

A single 2080Ti draws roughly 300W under a normal full load, 310-320W being the peak.

then it might be the bios limit I was talking about...

 

I personally wouldn't go past it tho...
