Is 8th gen i5 8300h processor had same socket as i78750h

Do I can upgrade that 8th gen i5 processor with i7 8750h

While they're both BGA1440 (soldered) you can't just unsolder one processor and solder the other one in. Have to check whether or not the processor is compatible with the motherboard/BIOS. Some vendors lock out CPU support for various reasons. Power, heat and probably cost are the big three reasons. Packaging is a concern too.

You'll need a BGA rework station so good luck with that. Even then, you'll need a BIOS flasher/programmer to update the BIOS with the microcode of the processor (especially if it was never offered as a standard configuration). The aggro probably isn't worth it. Especially if your laptop was never designed to take the 8750H in the first place.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. The True Path of the Feathered One. ~ Dimboble-dubabob III
