1600 psu suggestions?

hi one  my  friend wants to buy one psu 1600 watt   because  he  wants  for  his job

 

which  to buy??

 

any  suggestions? for one very  good psu 1600?

What exactly does he need a 1600W PSU for? I don't see many reasons he would need one that big. The only way to get 1600W without tripping a breaker is to get a ridiculously expensive platinum-rated PSU like this one.

yup, Linus has used it in many videos and others have hailed the AXi series for being the top end of top end PSUs you can get.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

It's corsair, meaning a reputable company. It's rated for very high efficiency, meaning it won't trip a breaker when plugged into wall power, and guess what, it's 1600 watts. There's really not many options at that range.

If you mean to ask if it's the best 1600W power supply, then yes. It's also one of the only 1600W non-server power supplies. You really don't have that many options to choose from in the 1600W category.

Okay, maybe you should ask him why, then. Use-case is important for this. Unless he's GPU mining or doing some serious server-grade work, he shouldn't need a 1600W PSU.

You shouldn't connect multiple computers to one power supply, and odds are there's no way to do it. Most motherboards require a 20 or 24 pin main connector, and power supplies do not have multiple 24 pin connectors.
