Overclocking Core i7 6700k

Hello,

What is the most stable manual configuration to overclock a 6700k to around 4.3Ghz.

I am worried about corrupting my hard drive as has happened in the past. 

Most of the other configurations available on the internet seem to be for 4.5Ghz and beyond which I am not comfortable in doing yet.

I have just upgraded my cooler to a ML240L (https://goo.gl/JEuh2o)
