Recently I bought https://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B07L9DTTKN?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image and noticed a dead pixel on top right of the screen. It's not really noticeable but my main concern is will that dead pixel cause any further problems or cause any major issue to the screen or should I replace the monitor?

No it won't cause other issues.

No you can't return the monitor, they usually require 5+ dead pixels within a certain area to qualify for RMA.

when i got my new IPS gaming monitor 2 years ago it had one dead pixel almost in the center of the display and it fixed itself...today it's working fine...

chances are, it will go away and start working again over time...it certainly won't get worse.

Replacement won't be an issue as Amazon India will replace it. My major concern it will it affect other neighbor pixels in the future?

No, it's just that one.
