remove "tips" from windows spotlight

This post here FINALLY gave me the reason to actually use windows spotlight. nomally, the pictues would be littered with random facts that nobody asked for. you can finally disable them in win10 1803

https://superuser.com/questions/1327459/remove-fun-facts-from-spotlight-lock-screen-in-windows-10-home-1803

To summarize in regedit:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager

Set the DWORD value ContentDeliveryAllowed to 1.
Set the DWORD value RotatingLockScreenEnabled to 1.
Set the DWORD value RotatingLockScreenOverlayEnabled to 0.
Set the DWORD value SubscribedContent-338387Enabled to 0.

On 1903 (that is the one coming up).

The option is no longer there. Windows (at least for now) doesn't show tips and stuff on Windows anymore. But you still have the Bing search circles. (those photographs needs to paid by someone)

The registry changes which is really changing the value of  "ContentDeliveryAllowed" from 1 to 0 (the rest is already the same), does not do anything.
