asus rog PG278Q vertical lines

so my monitor started showing red lines on the right side, at first it went away by itself but lately it’s there 24/7. i tried to contact asus but in where i live there’s no support for asus monitors, and the usa asus told me i need a real address in the usa not po box. is there anyway to fix it?

This usually happens when connectivity is bad.

 

Have you tried hooking up the monitor using other techs like hdmi,displayport,dvi or vga and seen if you get same artifacts? If those work fine then you know it's the input. If those also show same problem...it's the panel or something else technical.

i think it’s the pannel because i unplugged the dp and the lines are still there
