Cheap thunderbolt 3 laptops

I was looking into getting a laptop with thunderbolt 3 but I'd like it to be upgradable and be on the cheaper side I know ultrabooks are expensive but I'm looking for something maybe sub 1000 dollars with upgradable ram and storage if there even is such a thing

Joke aside, most likely a sub-$1000 laptop with TB3 is not available yet at the moment. But with Intel lifting royalty-fee of TB3, we might see one in a near future

Location? Any preference on weight and battery life? Mind low sRGB display?
