New PSU

Hi Guys!

 

I want to buy a new Psu for my system, but i dont know witch one of the 3. 

 

fsp hydro 600w

bitfenix formula 450w

be quiet 600w system power 9 

 

My rig:

AMD Athlon 880k

SAPPHIRE RX 570 4GB NITRO+

2*4 gb dd3 1600 Mhz

1 ssd

1 hdd

FSP HEXA+ 400W psu

The bitfenix formula is the best choice, in terms of quality, I think with the be quiet being next in line.

You only need about 400-450W. 

I'd recommend a Corsair CX450 although out of your list the Bitfenix and be quiet are the better options.

Formula 450W is best choice out of these 3, but where do you live and what is your budget?

Thx for the answers, but on sapphires website they say a 500w or greater psu is required for the card and it has a 6 and an 8 pin power connector, then is the bitfenix enough  because it is just 450w

 

I live in hungary and my budget is about 60 to 70$

Those are just recommendations. Companies don't know what kind of components you have, so they tend to overestimate by a bit. Sapphire recommends 750W PSU for Vega 56, but I have no issues powering my system with 550W. Since Formula Gold 450W has 2xVGA 6+2 pins, that is enough

What's the price of non-modular Pure Power 11 500W at your local stores?

correct

450W is enough and the Bitfenix Formula is pretty cheap.

I want to ask another question. I'm planing to upgrade my system in the future whit a ryzen 3 or 5 processor a new mobo and 16 gb of ddr4 ram. Will the bitfenix still be good for the system?
