If my 4.1ghz 2600X crashes in CInebench R15, should I be worried that it crashes in my gaming. I play CSGO and Fortnite usually. At 4.075, it is perfectly stable.

There's no way to confirm stability when oc'ing. The best you can get is that it's probably stable. What's 'stable enough' is up to you.

The rule that should guide you - if it crashes it's not stable. Unstable isn't good to run, even if it might be game-stable it will probably cause the parts to degrade faster.

I've seen you create a heck ton posts about overclocking your CPU. I think 4.075 is the highest you're going. You didn't win the silicon lottery but you didn't lose.

Go do an AIDA64 and Prime95 test with the 4.075 overclock to confirm stability. If you want better performance out of your Ryzen system, save up $300 bucks and buy into Zen 2 this year and you'll be good.
