Need help to finish budget build

Hello every one!

First of all, thanks for your time.

I need a budget PC for my University projects. I'm studying architecture

 I'm looking for a:

psu + case + ram and mobo

I got an:

i3 8100

240gb ssd

Sapphire rx580 nitro+ 4gb (got it in 4300mxn =210dlls in Amazon )

I'm in Mexico btw 

This are my questions:

¿How many watts do I need for this build? 

¿Wich certificate should I look for in a Psu?

Note 

I'm not looking forward to overclock or  SLI

260dlls= 5500mxn it's all I have left ?

thank you random citizen!!! Is just what I needed to know!! I will look the manual of the mobo I want to know if it support dual channel
