In their policy they say there is a way to schedule delivery when it comes to heavy  packages. I have 250lbs package and there is nothing  at the checkout. No way to schedule a day. Does anyone know how to do it? I even updated  to 4 items with total weight  1000lbs and there still is no way to choose a date. Just gives dates between which it may come.

Isn't it totally normal?

When i checkout from amazon it also gives a vague statement in a 1-2weeks range, but once the stuff ships out with ups/dpd then you can schedule the delivery with them.

Maybe it is different in US, but in europe it is like that.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

The delivery company handles scheduling that. Not Amazon. Once it ships the delivery company should contact you to schedule the delivery.

in Canada I was given a tracking number and followed the package , on the web site. There was a date, and I got the package the date mentioned, but no ring only the confirmation on the web site that the package was at door.

If you have a 100lb package your's may be different.

Depending on vendor you may arrange a pickup location.

You can Email the vendor and see how they ship
