Swapping fans on radiatiors

hey guys,

im planning a hardline loop for my pc and i was wondering if i could or would be able to swap the stock fans that come with the rads for my corsair ml 120mm ones.

Say i go with EK and get 2x 360mm rads (1 for top and 1 for front), would i be able to stick those corsair ones on the rads rather than use the stock ek vardar fans and would it provide better flow of air through the pc.

Specs:

i9 9900k

EKFG A240 cpu cooling

2x RTX 2080s FE
32gb gskills ripjaws v 3200mhz ram

asus maximus xi extreme

corsair hx850i

im thinking between bitspower or ekwb as i wanna get rid of my ekfg

You can do that, but nope the ML fans don't perform as well as the EK Vardars. They might look better I don't know or care, but Vardars are one of the best fans for radiators and not something the ML can beat in the Vardar's turf.

Sure that would work!

But why not consider better fans, like the Noctua NF-A12x25? :D

I bet you won’t feel the air going through the rad. Airflow will be poor using them as  an intake. Circle frame fans on square rads isn’t bright either.

i think the contrast of a really high end hardline tubing build with some ghetto as duct tape and maybe a water bottle as reservoir would look great. get real fancy waterblock and then ziptie it to the board. get really nice sleeved cable but then theyre all over place like no fucks given. get a tempered glass case then cut a whole in it to put in a plexi window...ok now im just getting stupid :D just right mix of luxury and old school ghetto techniques

Only way to compare is to look at the charts which have the static pressure at full speed and hope for the best.
