I need desperate help I think I just erased my phone

Hey everyone,

So this might sound weird but I was sitting with my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone sitting between my legs, I believe it was off, and I wasn't looking at it at all, and somehow I guess I was holding down the power button and the volume buttons at the same time for a while and it restarted my phone, and it showed a blue screen with the droid logo that said erasing. Now when I start up my phone it just says Start with an arrow above it, probably meaning it needs to be set up...

How can I restore my storage? And what did I do that caused this to happen?

If you really did reset, there's no way to restore it. Samsung may have a backup option but honestly it's nowhere near as good as iCloud and I'm not sure how much stuff it saved. Hopefully you use Google Photos or something to backup pictures?

Nope. It doesn't seem like I backed up ANYTHING. Im screwed

some things may be synced to google, like contacts or pictures. also your applications can be pulled back really easily.

but if its not synced, and nothing is backup up anywhere else, you're kinda shit outta luck.
