Do see if you can squeeze a tiny bit more into your budget and get this:

Also, I strongly suggest replacing that hard drive with an SSD (even thought it'll be smaller) and add your own hard drive later.

 

edit: missed the existing ssd, so maybe just shave the 1tb hdd out now and grab it later. It makes a a good drop in upgrade.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

1080p medium would be playable in most games id guess

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
