LG's new gaming monitor 27GL850G

Hey guys,

 

So at CES LG announced some new monitors and the one I'm excited for is model 27GL850G (https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27GL850G-B-gaming-monitor) but the earliest we can expect this is Q2 2019 and it will probably be later.

 

I don't know enough about monitor technology so I'm looking to you guys, is this going to be worth the wait or can you get something of similar quality now? (I'm referring to the nano-ips mainly)
