Which is the better option?

I need to bring one of the monitors to my room from my office. 

Which is a better choice? 

LG 34 inch ultra-wide 1440p 100hrz IPS (Freesync) 

LG 27 Inch 1440p 144hrz IPS (Freesync) 

The one in the office will be used for video editing and rendering and digital Animation editing 90% of the time. 

The one in my room will mostly be used for gaming.

Since they're both LG and IPS, I feel like it's mostly down to which one you want. I personally would go with the 1440p 27" because I play lots of CSGO.
