Black screen dwm.exe crash

Around 6 months ago my computer started crashing (black screen and fans turning to 100%) this continued till it didn't turn on one day. I figured out it was my motherboard that was broken and i got a new one and it worked till now (6 months after this happened first time). Same thing, again.. Black screen and fans turning to 100% (it still boots up). I did check my event viewer and it showed that dwm.exe keeps crashing and it tries to start it up again, but fails (This is what happened 6 months ago too). When i boot up my computer it says that my GPU didn't start up correcty (Can't provide picture about this because i didn't get it last time this happened). Now im thinking that this might be PSU problem, but i don't want to get a new psu if it's not what's even broken in the first place. It's probably not my GPU or MoBo because i just got new one's when this happened the first time. And i did just get a fresh install of windows so there should be no problem or viruses.
