Looks like some kind of storage issue, but maybe bad BIOS chip too. Have you done a BIOS update recently? if not, try it.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

It really doesn't look like a virus.

I dont know a ton about Viruses, BUT that looks like some BIOS or hardware issue like @fasauceome said. Personally id start with the classic Clear CMOS. Its never failed me before

Refer to this if you dont know how to clear a CMOS
