I consider my self pretty tech savy but this issue has me confused. I have been trying to figure out whats wrong for the last week and Its about time I ask for advice.

Seemingly out of no where my PC will just shut down. My game will freeze for a few seconds and then the screen will shut off and I have to hard reset my computer. It usually happens when I play a game. WIN+CTRL+SHIFT+B to reset my drivers does nothing. Temperatures and voltages seems perfectly stable as shown in the pictures below. So what have I done so far and whats the problem?

1) All drivers are up to date.

2) I stress tested everything on my machine for several hours. I ran memtest86 and microsofts own memory diagnostic tool. I checked all my SSDs for bad sectors. I tried two different GPUs - A 980gtx TI and a 2080RTX TI with several different drivers (uinstalled using DDU). I swapped around the wiring to use other PSU outputs. I reinstalled windows 10 and updated it to the latest version.

Voltages + min max temperatures

Temperature Fluctuating

Any suggestions on what I can do next?

Windows 10 - latest build

Rampage IV extreme - latest bios

4930k @ 4.3ghz

2080Ti or 980gtx TI - several different drivers and the latest bios

16gb Kingston hyperx 1333mhz

Click on custom views then administrative events.

Also take a look under windows logs > system.

On the sidebar on the left.

Image result for windows event viewer

Also it does not need to be a critical error, sometimes it is listed under 'information' and not an error.

I'm running ryzen 7 1700. Ryzen Master is installed but I am on a standard profile with all cores active. There are exactly 8 of these messages and It looks like one labeled "Critical" showing event id 41 basically outlining improper shutdown. (Success Kid @Windows 10) My google works but comprehension is slim. I know me.
