Hello!

So after a really long time I am excited to build my first ever PC! So let me get to the meat and potatoes of the topic.

My build:

CPU: i9-9900K

Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R AIO

Motherboard: Gigabyte - Z390 Aorus Master ATX

Memory: Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-3000

Storage: Sasmung EVO 970 500GB (Already bought it got a good deal on amazon)

-Seagate Barracuda 2 TB 7200RPM

GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 11GB

Case: Lian-Li PC-O11DW ATX Full Tower Case

PSU: EVGA SuperNova G3 750W 80+ Gold Fully modular

However I am still skeptical. I am still not confident about the CPU cooler what do you recommend? I hear the i9-9900K runs hot. Also is the case good for this type of built and will it have good airflow either I go AOI or Air? Any recommendations or part changes are welcomed!.

Edit: Also for Monitor looking for a 2K 144hz if its possible with my build.

Just wanted to make sure you get a good monitor, like 1440p 144 or 1080p 240. Or at least 1080p 144. Because a lot of people have banger hardware and a trashy monitor that doesn't take advantage of that, and they don't even seem to care. Like my friend that games at 720p on a decent $1000 rig. But that's beside the point.

I'm pretty sure that the 9900k should be fine with a liquid cooler. If you were worried, you could get a 9700k.

Dang that would be cool if hard drives ran that fast.

 oopsie will fix that

Also definitely I am looking at 2k monitor 1440p and see if I can squeeze in the 144hz

I think the 9900k is kind of a waste of money TBH, especially if gaming is your main focus.

Take a look at benchmarks. A lot of the time the i5 unlocked and overclocked is right up there with it at a fraction of the cost.

Yep I am currently considering if I really want i9 9900k because it runs so damn hot. I might just settle for i7 9700k.
