You generally mash F10, F2, Enter, or just your entire keyboard if you have to when your system starts up to access the bios.

Quick question is the setup the same thing as the bios... Because it says press <delete> to enter setup when ever I start my pc.

I figured out I have to restart it thought the windows 8 setting menu.... WTF? I also found out that you can only change it to 64mb of vram so yeah I dont feel like down grading...

That doesn't sound right...See if there's a bios update that allows you to use more. Also, that should be the minimum shared memory which refers to memory specifically allocated memory for the integrated graphics. There should be another setting for the upper limit of memory that can be used.

What motherboard and BIOS version are you using with your A10-5800K??

If you don't know, you may use CPU-Z to determine that. http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

If my first-generation A6-3670K (socket FM1) can have the Dedicate VRAM adjusted to up to 1GB (or was it 2GB), I'm pretty sure yours can do the same or higher...

Also, how much System RAM is installed in your system? You can't dedicate / reserve more RAM to the GPU than what you physically have. (i.e.Re-allocate 4GB when you only have a total of 2GB)
