not if you're going for looks. However, a 240mm cooler will be great too.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Its a cheap liquid cooler, I wouldnt buy it.

Besides, a high end air cooler like the Dark rock pro 4 or D15 will give you the same, if not better, results. No its not overkill, but its not worth buying.

To be honest, Cooler Master’s RGB fans are pretty ugly. If you want looks, you can try NZXT’s Kraken X52/62/72 and adding your own RGB fans, or Corsair’s H100i/H115i/H150i RGB Platinum. Could go for other higher quality AIOs and add your own RGB fans like a H100i/H115i/H150i PRO RGB. I’d recommend Corsair’s RGB fans(Either LL120 or ML120), they look the nicest IMO but they are expensive.

If you want performance, a Noctua NH-D15 or be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 are excellent coolers and are very quiet. Note that there is a RAM height limit with these coolers.
