Yesterday, i got the hd 202's( for free)

Although i like flat frequenty response, i have to say, im quite impressed for 30 euros.

They close of pretty well and has a somewhat decent cable.

The build quality is good enough and pretty comfortable.

If you dont have headphones, this is a good option for a low cost
