At this point I'd just reinstall Windows if Malwarebytes and Windows Defender can't find anything, and be more careful with the programs you install.

I also would get a proper antivirus, both Kaspersky and BitDefender are pretty good

Is this only on one specific website (kaldata.com)?

I would suggest you also go through all your installed programs and look for some that you don't recognise.

Buy a 16GB USB 2.0 drive for like nothing at all, then download the Windows Media Creator.

Also, it could just appear on that specific website (kaldata.com). Get AdBlock and you should be good to go if it's only from that one website, no need to reinstall at all.

Since I just learned it's only in that specific website, get AdBlock + AdBlock Plus + uBlock Origin (these 3 combined will literally block any ad, haven't seen a single ad since I've installed it months ago..) and it should be fixed.

Then it might be intentional by the website owner, or someone is "hacking" them leaving adware on their servers.

idk what is going on with their website

@Megato Check what Origami Cactus recommended:

(Quote from an earlier thread)

That's a virus. First go to chrome settings, and "extensions", delete every single extension you see. Then go to settings, scroll all the way down, click "advanced", scroll even more down, until you see this:

Do both of these things, do clean up first, and then do the reset to chrome settings. If it still doesnt help download malwarebytes and reinstall google chrome.

Also, if you are getting an Adblocker, get uBlock Origin instead.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

OFF TOPIC

Thank you for mentioning uBlock Origin, I've been looking for that extension for a while now. Props to you!

Just make sure you get uBlock Origin and not uBlock. Apparently, uBlock is fake.

Off-Topic -

uBlock Origin configured properly is enough to block every single AD on the Internet. Using 3 different ad blockers is like strangling your PC when using Chrome.

This is just Chrome extension issue. Disable all extensions and then enable them one-by-one. I would almost wage that this is some extension related to media player for not-so-legal content. Ads like that are how they get money.
