My Passport not Working

Existential_NM

Hey guys. I'm hoping someone can help me repair a couple of my passports. One of them is suppose to be a 1 terabyte but for some reason it shows as having 35 Gigs. The other one is undetectable to any PC but it does work. the light comes on and I can hear it humming. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks everyone.

You using Windows? Open partition manager.

What are these for?

Go to Disk Management and see if it detects and shows the correct size.

Try a different USB cable and USB port

Passport drives cannot be fixed, and they cannot be connected using standard SATA. The USB port you're plugging into is soldered directly to the HDD itself.
