How do i set a fan curve? (gigabyte mobo)

I was wondering for a while why my pc was so loud then found out my case fans are always at 100% speed, I don't have anything special and software on windows doesn't seem to do anything. I've found smart fan 5 on my bios but don't want to ruin anything so was hoping for some assistance. thanks 

 

specs:

mobo: gigabyte ab350 gaming rev 1

cpu: ryzen 1600 base clock

Gpu: gtx 1070 strix

Ram: 16 gb corsair vengeance

psu: evga 600

Play around in mobo settings. Make sure you have selected correct control method for all fans (if that is option). Update mobo BIOS, that may fix bugs you may have.
