Latency has nothing to do with network throughput. To improve latency you need to improve the routing with you have little control over as an end user. You can setup a VPN to change your routing but that requires some testing and research to find a good one local to you. Wired connection will always have better latency than current wireless protocols so if you're on wireless you should connected to a wired connection.

for best ping, you would have to upgrade your current internet from your ISP. if you're gaming on wifi, you may also want to get a better router

in my place ISP its only speed maximum download 16mbps and 1mbps upload. they won't upgrade upload speed.that's why I should change ISP for a better plan.

Dont upgrade. They are not related. A better package will not get you better ping.

Now if the other ISP is deploying fiber then yes upgrade but if not dont swap.

What country are you in Niraj? It sounds like they are using ADSL2+, in which case with 5Mbps you are looking at 40-50ms ping I would suggest at the least. As juan said, there is no point in changing ISP if they are both using the same infrastructure (copper-based ADSL2+) so I would hold out for a fibre based connection if you haven't already got one available.

As per others, additional bandwidth won't magically help your ping.  It will help if you're having spikes due to bandwidth contention, but from a baseline perspective they will perform exactly the same in League.

You may be able to have them switch your plan from Interleaved to Fast Path, but it's generally an enormous struggle arguing with support to save 15-25ms.  It took me like five weeks to get Verizon to do that for me back in the day :P

I am from India and currently, I am using the adsl2+ router and thinking about  to change isp as they have optic fiber but to connect my broadband  will be lan.
