Help! Can’t detect network!

Hi all,

 

I just installed a Asus Z390-A and a i7 8700k into my pc and now my network isn’t being detected by Ethernet. I troubleshoot and it says windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. I go to update the driver and it says window could not find drivers for your device. Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried installing the network driver from asus?

CPU: AMD 1700x Cooler: Corsair H100i V2 Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VI Hero RAM: 4 * 8GB G.Skill RGB DDR4 Graphics: EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC2 Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 500GB Case: Fractal Design Meshify C PSU: EVGA 750w G3 Monitors: Dell SG2716DG +  2x Dell U2515H

Copy the file over usb from another computer?
