I don't know about you, but I find no use for the following:
Fan Controller & Memory coolers

because memory doesn't really produce heat, it's typically from ambient heat in the case.
And your mobo has fan control functions depending on the power that's being consumed, I like to use it as I have the Z87 Pro board.

Memory cooler needs to go, memory doesn't need cooling unless you do stupid overclocks on it. PSU can be toned down a bit. IF you're gaming, the 4670K makes more sense than the 4770k

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.

is that psu already in your current rig?

CPU - 4770k

Good.
MB - Asus Z87 PRO
Good, could probably go for something a bit cheaper if you like http://tinyurl.com/m4vhqgw
ram - corsair vengance 16bg 2x8gb
Do you really need 16gb? 8gb is heaps if you are only gaming
psu - xion 1k watt
Bad. No-name brand PSU's are bad. Use the saved money on the mobo/ram cooler/possibly RAM and CPU cooler here. I suggest http://tinyurl.com/lxvqmnp or an equivalent Corsair/Seasonic
cpu cooler - noctua nh-d14
Good, but overkill really. Unless you plan on big OC's (>4.5ghz) I'd just get a Coolermaster Hyper 212 or similar
case - diypc adventurer-9601g
Eh, something like this is much better value: http://tinyurl.com/kqh8bw2
gpu - gtx 560 superclocked x2 in sli (im pulling from the rig i am currently using)
Cool.
64gb sandisk ssd, 1tb wd hdd, 500gb barracuda seagate hdd
Get a bigger solid state if you need it, mechanical storage size is subjective.

ram cooler
Bad. Don't need it.
fan controller
Up to you, but I prefer to just run all my fans off 7v adapters

Laptop Lenovo Thinkpad X220 - CPU: i5 2420m - RAM: 8gb - SSD: Samsung 830 - IPS screen Peripherals Monitor: Dell U2713HM - KB: Ducky shine w/PBT (MX Blue) - Mouse: Corsair M60

Audio Beyerdynamic DT990pro headphones - Audioengine D1 DAC/AMP - Swan D1080-IV speakers

What is the purpose of this build? Gaming? And that PSU is waayy overkill.

No such thing as an overkill PSU, just ones that aren't good enough.  If you go for higher wattage than needed you get less heat, more headroom if upgrading, and possibly no fan noise while running.

gaming, streaming, 3d video rendering and animation

i plan on doing some oc on the memory so id like to drop the $25 to be safe and have it in case i need it

currently it is im replacing it with http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006MBP7GS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER after seeing the comments

also the reason im going with 16bg of ram right now is cause of the animation/streaming and rendering

Programs being used? What kind of projects are you working on?

Why oc memory? even when oc'ed memory doesn't really get hot.

The psu is still overkill. A decent 600-650w is already plenty.

Are you limited to only Amazon? What's your budget?
