Asus X470-I cable management

(Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place) Looking for some creative ideas on how to route the front I/O audio cable on this motherboard. The only way I can think to do it is to come in from the front and run it along the top of the heat sink for the M.2 since there doesn't seem to be enough clearance between the heat sink and the GPU to come in from the bottom towards the back. I'm really hopping some one knows a way to do it that looks cleaner. (The picture should be rotated 90° counter clockwise)IMG_20190102_200800.thumb.jpg.2232a63400e2139daac3fbff640b106f.jpg

How tight are those RAM sticks?  Can you squeeze it between them and run it toward the top of the case?
