So I recently upgraded to a Samsung 28" UHD. Ever since I've upgraded my fps runs really low at around 20. The dimensions of my new monitor are 3840 x 2160. I know that I can either change my resolution (which looks awful), switch back to my old monitor (no way in hell I'm doing that), or I could get a new graphics card. So far I've decided to just get a new graphics card. The games I want to run at 4k are mostly FPS some of these games are PUBG, all the Fallout games (including the original), CSGO, Rust, SUPERHOT, Etc.

If anyone knows of a good graphics card please tell me. My price ranges from $0 - $850. Here are my specs.

If you can scoop a 2080 I'd go for that or a 1080Ti. I'm not sure about the prices of them atm but to be fair, even if you did get one of these "high-end" cards, don't expect to play 4k at ultra for long. As new games come out and graphics become more intense, these cards will start to struggle.

I have the same monitor you have (most likely... costco?), and the easiest solution is to turn the settings back to 1080p for graphically intense games.

RTX 2080 would be the way to go at that price range
