Seperate RAM Kit Not Playing Nice

I have two separate RAM kits [(2x8)x2] of HyperX black and white 1600mhz. Both work great by themselves overclocked at 2000 mhz., but when put together I get BSODs almost everyday. I finally took each kit out and am running them separate to double check it is not the white kit (it is the "newest" kit) that is causing the issue. What are your thoughts? Could it be voltage?

FYI I have put these kits through memtests and they come out just fine.

try running memtest86 with just the new ram, see if you get error, it could be a bad kit or not compatible with each other, or voltage and timings issues.

I forgot to mention (I just added it) that I ran memtests and they come out fine. How would I know if the voltages and timings are the issue and how do I go about fixing it without making magic smoke?
