Need bit more indormation. You could get some other program that actually recognizes cpu's sensor. Or you could tell which CPU you have and which cooler so we can figure it out. But as blind test I would agree that CPU temp is 47C

download core temp, see what that says

Hmm so apparently CoreTemp doesnt work on Northwood.

 

Im going to venture a guess that temp3 is your cpu temp.  This can be easily tested by running a CPU intensive program or stress test and get that CPU usage up to 100% and observe what temp happens to temp3.

Temp1 and 2 are ambient.

 

The voltage of the CPU is probably the 1.54V, anything under 1.7 is fine for that CPU.  The other voltage (2.61V) is probably VRM voltage.
