soundpad and streamdeck combines in gmaes and discord!

i have a streamdeck and wanted to transfer the soundeffects from the streamdeck to discord but now i found out that i can use the programm soundpad and have hotkeys on the streamdeck to controll the soundpad! my question is is when i press a button on my streamdeck ingame(like siege) to play a soundeffect can that have some effect in the game or does the soundpad even recognisze the hotkey when i press it ingame? like for example X is duck and X+F2 is play soundeffect does that when i press command the game first or the soundpad(havent bought soundpad jet )
