Ryzen 5 2400G or Ryzen 7 1700x for very light streaming?

So...

I've been given £200 (Yes, I'm British) to buy parts for my computer, and I'm a light streamer, so I was wondering if I should get a 1700X which is on sale for $199.99 or if I should stay with my 2400G because I only do light streaming like Portal,

Half Life, Fortnite at 720p60 on Twitch. So I am just asking if I should get the 1700X and get 1080p60 or buy a better GPU and stick with my 2400G with 720p?

What GPU do you have right now?

Also, if you plan to stick with 720p streaming I would stay with the 2400G.
