MSI Afterburner works on pretty much every Nvidia card ever. (Even the Quadro in my laptop.)

Yep. The Latitude series is business oriented so it's a big laptop with a big battery. The Quadro NVS 160m is the equivalent of a 8400m except newer and faster. Plus it's overclocked. (160MHz on the core, even more on the VRAM.)

A GTX680 and i7 with a custom loop overclocked pull about 300-400w under full load. It's fine.

No, it was a 200 watt, but two hard drives shorted on each other.

The 430 will do fine over its limit a bit some use even crazier setups with that psu
