Alright so I ran malwarebytes like everyone recommended in my previous post, (didn't do it in safe mode) it found 25 things, I removed them all. I'm still getting some random popup adds that AREN'T from LTT and words are being highlighted and linking to adds.

So I'm thinking I might need to..

System Restore to factory settings

or

Run malwarebytes in safe mode, run avast full scan again, run boot scan again, and see if that works.

Any other suggestions?

(yes I have ADP activated) These are ads that come up that wouldn't normal come up even with it off. Like WHENEVER I load a page its poping up with the same ad and words on every website are highlighted. Random bars pop up on the bottom with adds. a pop up like a steam or skype notification in the bottom right.

I'd like to avoid the factory reset simply because it'll be a pain in the balls to redownload WoW and LoL.

Check out the guide in my sig. You don't have to do it in safe mode.

Also go into your browser extensions/addons and delete the ones that don't look right.

Also if you would take a small scree shot for me I might be able to pin point what it is for you. I've removed so many of these things from my job so I can give ya a hand.

There is a chance you have the Intellitxt so my guide will aid in removing that. Also do what I said above with the browser addons

It's not really a command line. It's a great program.

I would recommend to do Adwcleaner, JRT and Hitman pro before Combofix.

No offense, just all of these programs are hella sketchy.

They are all from reputable companies. I have personally used them 1000's of times and never once had a problem with them. These are kinda the tools of the trade for a computer repair shop when it comes to removing infections.

I can't even remember the last time I had a virus. Are you not sticking to trusted websites or are you getting them from torrents?

In the past month I torrented a ton of shit and downloaded  a bunch of emus.

I know what I specifically had which caused this, and it's been addressed. There's still a little bit of remnants of shit left.
