DBAN. All you need. Bear in mind it's hard on SSDs, but it *will* scrub the drive clean

Let's say I didn't use DBAN and I sold it as it's. does he have access to my info? because the ssd was a bootable device windows is installed on it. Like I mean if he for example installed it wont he have problems running windows and etc.?

Yes, if you did not DBAN it and someone else has it, assume all your information is compromised on that drive. Change your passwords, prepare for naughty photos to leak (if you had any), and generally assume the data has been misused. That being said, there are some genuinely proper folk out there, such as myself (and I'd like to think most users on the LTT forums), who would buy a used drive, find someone's information on it, and choose to do the right thing by DBANing or nuking it themselves.

What the fellow above me said, I've gotten plenty of drives used, that were never properly wiped. I had access to enough data to steal tens of thousands of identities...

I haven't, because I have morals, but not everyone would.

*Securely* wipe your drive, or live with the consequences.
