I can’t get the psu shroud off the Case plz help

I have the CiT Raider rgb Case

and I cant seem to remove the psu shroud from the Case I cant find any review on it or tear down of it and it says it supports ATX psu but we can’t fit it I without taking the shroud off

That psu shroud is riveted in place. It's not meant to be taken out, you can but you'll have to drill all the rivets out. If you just want to put in the psu, take the right panel off (backside / the panel that's facing the table in your pics) and slide it in from the side.

ATX PSU does fit there, but unless its designed to be taken off, you can't take it off. Not without modding.

You need to take the side panel off the back and slide it in from the back side. I thought this when I built my first system in this case
