As a user of a blue snowball for many years, I would say get ATR2500. The blue snowball is an omnidirectional microphone. EVEN on setting number 2, which is -10db all around, it still picks up random noises here and there. That ATR2500 is an cardioid, it only comes from one direction, and thats the direction that's facing the microphone. The blue snowball even on the -10db mode still picks up all around, but tries to limit it. It does however do a poor job of doing it.
