Youtube Profile photo missing

Profile photo of every account is missing, of my own and everyone in the comment section. Also, the thumbnails in the video links are missing. 

This is on every browser and in windows, installed in different discs.

Is this because of the antivirus?

What is the problem?

 

Edit: Just found missing photo, thumbnails in other websites also.
