The price is quite good, however this uses a proprietary motherboard and PSU, no chance to upgrade or replace components without Lenovo making you his bitch.

When you buy an OEM system (especially a server) you are pretty much not going to upgrade the board or PSU anyway so I wouldn't call that much of a con. In a few years if you need a new server it would be better to just buy a whole new one.

It's exactly what it needs, enough for a low end CPU, an optical drive, and a low end gpu if it's ever added later down the road.

 

What else would you expect from a 215$ computer? lol

It's a server.. It just sits there, does the stuff you need it to do and look pretty.

Hmmmm tempted to grab one to run my minecraft server on, my old core 2 duo server is looking a bit long in the tooth, not to mention that there is no way I could match that even with the cheapest parts i could find, Its practically a steal.
