Having an issue with network drivers

YaBoiWill

So im having an issue with windows 10 version 1803. Basically none of the network adapters are working, and I cant update the driver because it times out.

I tried to download the latest drivers and put them on a USB, but they still don't want to play, and when I plugged my phone in, it shows up as a USB tethering in the device manager, but has the little warning triangle next to it because it doesn't like the driver.

Whats going on, im pulling my hair out and am close to killing something/someone

I'm using the built-in realtek port on my prime b-350 plus mobo, along with a TP-link PCIe add in card, neither of which work

They used to be in a network bridge, but then I removed one of them, and it went downhill from there. I then tried a network reset, and it just went around in circles.

Any help is much appreciated

did you find out the answer as of yet??

Made a clone of the hard disk and then reset windows, but didn't lose the personal files.

Only cloned it incase it went tits up and I had to do a complete format and reinstall of windows.
